Obituary for
John Robert "Bob" Zubot
With saddened hearts the family of Robert Zubot announce the sudden passing of a loving son, a caring brother and a fun uncle.
Bob was born in Humboldt, Saskatchewan to Peter and Mary Zubot in 1956. After the passing of his father in 1980, the family moved east of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan where he and his brother farmed the family farm.
Bob worked at a mining camp up north for many years. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and photography, but his real passion was tinkering with machinery and vehicles or just anything with parts that moved. Always with a flashlight in hand and a smile on his face. His smile could light up a room. He was a very caring and generous man. Thinking of others before himself.
Bob was predeceased by his father Peter. Bob is survived by his mother Mary, brother Garnet, lil’ brother buddy and sisters: Alice, MaryAnn (Thomas), Arlene (Klaus), rose (Darcy), Connie (Tim), Sandy (Danny), and many nieces and nephews.
