Obituary for Frank Joseph Tuleta

Frank Joseph Tuleta was born on January 23rd, 1938 on the Homestead section 24 (North East of their current farm) where he lived with his parents Joseph and Helen Tuleta for several years before they moved to the Tuleta family farm just a mile South of where Frank was born.  He purchased the "old Masyk farm" and resided there until his passing. Frank attended Blighty School from 1944 -1951 and he said one of the best days of his life was being asked to "burn that sucker down".
Frank met Marie Sauve at a dance in Prairie River in 1963 and the couple were married January 23rd, 1965.  They had Dwayne in 1969 and Darlene in 1973.
Frank farmed from the age of 15 and hauled logs in the winter until 1989.  Frank never intended to leave the farm, or retire and he did just that.  He took immense pride in farming and never desired to do anything else. We can still hear him say he 'Wasn't going to the damn finishing barn" aka a care home.
In his spare time you could find him in the shop where he loved working on projects, fixing, restoring tractor's, and just tinkering in his shop.  He looked forward to the tractor pulls at Shand Fair every summer.  Frank loved to visit and have coffee with friends and neighbours, which was usually a phone call telling them "coffee's on!" He loved his family deeply and spoke so proudly of his grandchildren any chance he had.
Frank was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Helen Tuleta; brother John Tuleta; sister Krystine Banford; in laws Joe and Lucille Belanko. Frank is survived by his wife Marie of 58 years; son Dwayne (Carmen); daughter Darlene (Jason); grandchildren Burklyn and Ryder; numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

“Frank left behind a legacy of love, hard work and a million
memories we will cherish forever.”
