Condolence From: Harley Johnson
Condolence: Blessings Joyce and Logan family.I pray grace and peace for all in this significant time of passing.
Cliff has been an inspiration for me in many ways. I recall my first chance meeting when I was was completely lost on a moose hunt. What a most fortuitous coincidence to meet this amazing source of wisdom and expertise in all things outdoors. Somehow Cliff took me under his wing and with his keen eye and enthusiasm I learned to love the bush more than I could have imagined. Toasted jelly sandwiches over a birch bark fire are still a great remembrance of long walks with winter moose hunts. Nobody could wear a toque quite like Cliff. Tribute to a man who kept a sharp knife and always had the rifle sighted in. Cliff and Joyce showed great hospitality to this preacher from the south prairie. Warmest memories of pie and coffee and conversations rich in history and abundant with the love of nature and the gifts of faith and family.
I will miss the phone calls, the updates on weather and whitetails and grand kids...and as always the consistent "God Bless you my friend." Sincerely with a tear in the eye and a prayer of peace in my heart, Rev.Dr. Harley Johnson Saskatoon.
