Condolence From: Trevor Black - the older
Condolence: To the Arthur family and extended families, please accept my heartfelt sympathy during this sad time.
I liked and respected Mr. Arthur - he was quick to smile, he was a firm, yet fair, principal, and he was an excellent teacher. I can vividly remember him teaching us about the Crow's Nest Pass freight rate in Social Studies. Imagine...Mr. Arthur made a rail freight subsidy enacted in 1897 interesting enough that I remember his explanation 36 years later!
After I graduated, Mr. Arthur asked me to call him Ross. He was always Mr. Arthur to me, though.
You will be missed, Mr. Arthur; rest in peace, Ross.
