Obituary for Joanne Marie Stadnyk
Joanne Marie Stadnyk was born on November 4, 1946 in Alvena, Saskatchewan. Joanne was the sixth of eight children born to parents Mary and Nick Stadnyk. Joanne grew up in Hudson Bay,
Saskatchewan.
Joanne worked for SaskForest Products, and owned Bay Tire Auto for many years. She was a member of the Hudson Bay Chamber of Commerce and the Red Deer Saddle Club.
Joanne loved racing her miniature horses, known as the Little Giant Co. She enjoyed gardening and creating outdoor silhouettes.
Joanne was predeceased by her parents Mary and Nick Stadnyk and brother John Stadnyk.
Left to cherish Joanne's memory is her daughter Michelle (Larry) Plett; grandchildren Brady (Shanelle) Plett, Devon (Nicole) Plett and Talia (Scott) Postnikoff; greatgrandchildren Lola Postnikoff and George Postnikoff; sister Olga Daschuk; sister Rose Matechuk; brother Billy Stadnyk; sister Gloria Fulljames; sister Carol (Floyd) Hooge; brother Ken (Nancy) Stadnyk; along with numerous relatives and friends.
