John Alexander   Black
John Alexander Black passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family on October 22, 2020.

John was born in Foam Lake, SK on September 1, 1939. He married Joan May 1, 1965. They had 2 children; son, John (Nanette) with granddaughter’s Bethany, Abbigail and Josephine; Daughter, Heather (Darin) with granddaughter Taylor.

His life was very full with family and friends as well as his interest in all aspects of the horse industry, especially his “MULES “. In the last few years he renewed his interest in the “Iron Horse” and enjoyed motorcycle rides with friends. He loved to talk to people as well as sharing his many, many stories.
To quote John “ It’s Been A Good Ride”

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
