Obituary for Colton Andrew Darmokid

Colton Andrew Darmokid
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Colton Andrew Darmokid. Colton was born November 18, 1994 in Melfort, Saskatchewan to parents John and Tracy Darmokid.
After graduating from school in Porcupine Plain in 2012, Colton became involved in the Family Farm. He loved operating equipment and checking crops. He also worked for awhile at Supergloss Autobody and when required he would help his brother with his electrical business.
His passions were farming, hunting, fishing, sledding, auction sales and going on drives with his brother, his Best Friend. He also loved cooking and gardening and always put out a plate of food, usually with garlic involved for company.
Colton looked forward to hunting season for when he could start putting up his trail cameras and baiting looking for that right buck. Sometimes hanging up his tag if the right one never came around.
Colton also loved his ice shack that he and his brother built. He could not wait for the lake to freeze so he could go ice fishing. Many hours were spent in the shack with his brother catching fish and just hanging out shooting the bull.
Colton was a Big Saskatchewan Roughrider fan and never missed watching or listening to a game. He enjoyed going on vacations with his family to Cuba and Mexico or camping up north to catch big fish.
He was also very mechanically skilled and there were many times that he would find an old mower or chainsaw at the local dump and bring it home and have it running in a couple of hours.
He will never be forgotten and will forever be loved by his Dad John, Mom Tracy, Brother Jordan, Baba Jean Darmokid, Grandparents Shirley and Conrad Sluzalo as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Colton touched the hearts of so many people with his dimpled smile and his caring heart. He will truly be missed.

The family would like to express their gratitude for your kindness and sympathy during this time.
