The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Stanley Boe can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Obituary for Stanley Boe

The family of Stanley sadly announce his passing on May 17th, 2019. He will be forever remembered by his wife, Myrne; sons, Trevor(Charlene) and their son Grayson; Derek (Tracy) and their daughters Paige and Hailey; David (Shelley) and their children Corynn, Caitlin, Carter and Chelsea; his brother, Garry; sister, Judi (Don) Sieben and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Stanley was predeceased by his father Eddie; mother Anne; brother Bruce; father-in-law Harry MacDonald and mother-in-law Frances MacDonald. Stanley was born and raised in the Dahlton district by Naicam. He then moved to Snow Lake where he met Myrne. They married and moved to Hudson Bay where they raised their children and where Stanley worked as a plumber before retiring from the Hudson Bay Hospital. He was involved in the Hudson Bay Wildlife Federation and the Hudson Bay volunteer Fire Department and hobbies included hunting, fishing and watching the Jays and Riders. His all time favorite past time however, was spending time with his 7 grandchildren. Stanley's memorial service will be held on Monday, May 27th at 2:00 p.m. at the Hudson Bay Brook's Hall. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Hudson Bay Health Care Facility or St. Stephen’s United Church Memorial Fund.
