Elwood Frank Prybylski
Elwood Frank Prybylski was born Oct. 8, 1942 in Rose Valley, SK to parents George and Louise Prybylski. Elwood grew up and received his education in Greenwater Lake, SK.
Elwood started working at the age of 15 years for different farmers, logging camps, and paving crews. Elwood bought his first quarter of farmland in Moosomin, SK then he began working with his brother Alvin, later becoming a partner in Alcamtrucking until 1988. Elwood moved home and fixed up the house, he met Susan Jones in 1992. Together they worked at the construction industry, logging, processing and hauling firewood. Together the couple ran and developed Woody’s Acres and built a log cabin.
Elwood was predeceased by his parents George and Louise (Renneberg) Prybylski; brothers: Emil, Alvin and Lloyd; sister Ester; Susan’s parents Lynn and Mona (Gray) Jones.
Elwood is survived by spouse of 26 years Susan Jones; brother Glenn (Laurie) Prybylski; sister Judy (Jerry) Galusha; sister-in-law Shirley Prybylski; nieces and nephews: Michelle Cockerill, children: Kyle, Zach (son Jonathan), Kelsey, Max, and Riley; Shawn (Pauline) Prybylski, children Austin, Travis and Carter; Darren; Peggy (Dion) Kuffler, children Devon and Kalmin; Rennette (Geoff) Garbutt, child Mark; Trina (Trevor) Martell, family Erica Vilbrunt-Prybylski (son Wyatt) and Dalton; Tim (Sara) Galusha, daughter Selina; Anna Galusha; Susan’s daughter Tammy (Russ) Topinka, family: Sloan Turner, Briannen Turner (Nate Rubin) and Alexandria; Susan’s daughter Lisa (Randy) Paslowski, family: Sydney (Shelten Whiteman) Paslowski and Paige Paslowski; Susan’s sister Connie (Roger) Ruston; brothers Melvin (Linda) Jones, Donald (Lousie) Jones, Barry (Judy) Jones and their families; especially: Angela (Chad), Tyson, Wyatt, Jenna, Mitchel, Carter and Kurtis; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends like the Rubiletz’s.
