Dale Dorn Leepart was born on November 15, 1958 in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan to parents Dorn and Audrey Leepart. Dale grew up in Porcupine Plain and spent his school years going to the Special Education classes. He participated in the Special Olympics and won many medals.
In 1975, Dale moved to Wadena, Saskatchewan where he lived at various Group Homes and worked at Mallard Diversified Services Inc. In 2013, Dale moved into the Red Deer Nursing Home in Porcupine Plain, where he spent his remaining years.
Dale was predeceased by his parents Dorn and Audrey Leepart. He is survived by his sisters Maurene Leepart and Dolsie (Eric) Rupps, his nephew Douglas, as well as many relatives and friends.
