Obituary for Marjorie Elaine Stephenson (Brown)
On Friday June 23, 2017 Marjorie Elaine Stephenson passed away from her battle of kidney cancer at the age of 65 years.
Marge was born January 10, 1952 in Calgary AB to her parents Arthur and Faye Brown. She was raised her sisters Gerry, Thelma and her brother Alex in Calgary. Marge met Donald in Calgary in 1970. They were married January 4, 1974, and their daughter was born in March 1974, and their son was born two years later in March 1976. Donald and Marge made their lives in northern Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Marge made a living waitressing and bartending. She still managed to make time for her kids. After losing her husband she was common-law with Ivan Gaudry for a few years until he passed away. Marge's hobbies were reading, crafts, and having coffee with her neighbour Shirley and daughter Daralynne, and whoever else would stop in for coffee.
Marge was predeceased by her husband Donald and common-law Ivan Gaudry, and her parents Arthur and Faye.
Marge is survived by her sisters Gerry (Elwood), and Thelma (Roy), her brother Alex (Darlyce), her children Daralynne (Thomas), and Daniel (Allison), her grandchildren: Kayla-Rai (Joseph), Christopher, Jadyn, Dominick, Darius,Ty, and Bryce, and her great grandson Keegan.
